For exposed roles
6-Month Coaching
When your role is permanently politically charged, I accompany you for half a year. That way you spot shifts early, before they become surprises. Sessions take place online only, preferably by video.
When the role itself is political
- Your role is permanently politically sensitive and strategically significant
- You steer a complex field, not just individual decisions
- Key decisions must be prepared months or years in advance
- Your position is under constant scrutiny and pressure to justify
At turning points, before they become visible
- The logic of power, influence and decisions in your field
- Alliances, resistance and escalation risks
- Read organisational and political shifts early
- Strategic preparation of conversations and decisions
- Your room for action, risks and side effects
- Ongoing observation: who is gaining influence, who is losing it?
Over a longer period we work continuously on your position in the system: regularly, flexibly, discreetly.
There are phases in which you need someone to confide thoughts you cannot discuss internally. The higher you rise, the fewer places there are where you can think out loud.
